Ozone Analyzer – OZ80
The ECD OZ80 Reagentless Ozone Analyzer provides accurate, low-maintenance monitoring of dissolved ozone (O₃) across low and high concentration ranges. Designed for drinking water, industrial cooling and rinse water, wastewater, and other freshwater applications, it delivers reliable ozone measurement for disinfection and process control applications.
Its fully integrated, panel-mounted plug-and-play design combines a flow control device, pH sensor, ozone sensor, and T80 transmitter on a single PVC panel for fast installation and immediate operation. Factory-calibrated before shipment and easily verified using a laboratory DPD grab sample, the OZ80 offers dependable reagentless ozone monitoring with minimal maintenance.
- No Reagents Required: the OZ80 Ozone Analyzer sensor technology and pH measurement are reagentless designs. These sensors keep the cost of ownership low by not requiring expensive reagents.
- Multiple measurement ranges: 0-2.00 ppm to 0-20.00 O3
- Automatic Flow Control and Large Flow Tubes and Cells: greatly reduces clogs and blockages of the analyzer which is a common problem in other amperometric sensor flow-trains and allows for easy cleaning.
- Panel Mounted System Plumb and Play Design: the Ozone Analyzer comes complete and is easy to install and ready to use.
- T80 Analyzer Capability: Dual Measurements, (2) 4 to 20 mA output, MODBUS and/or HART communication, (3) Alarm Relays, 24 VDC or 110/220 AC Power.
- Auto Cleaning Option: The OZ80 Ozone Analyzer can be ordered with an auto cleaning option to keep the O3 Sensor clean from contaminates for an extended period of time.
