HD2402 Photo-Radiometer

Overview

The HD2402 is a portable photo-radiometer with an integrated datalogger, designed for measurements in compliance with regulations governing exposure to non-coherent optical radiation, including European Directive 2006/25/EC and Legislative Decree 81/2008. It supports the identification and characterization of potentially hazardous incoherent light sources in industrial, healthcare and research environments where photobiological safety assessments are required.

Six integrated sensors cover illuminance, UV, UVA, blue light, IR and infrared irradiance. An integrated LASER pointer helps aim the instrument at the source under investigation, and a rear LED shows when data acquisition is active. Once configured with the DeltaLog13 software, the instrument can operate independently from the PC, storing 96,000 data at a fixed 1 second interval, or about 26 hours of continuous acquisition.

Key Features

  • Integrated multi-sensor unit with six optical sensors covering UV, visible, blue and IR bands
  • Integrated LASER pointer for precise targeting of the light source
  • Rear status LED shows active data acquisition
  • Autonomous, programmable datalogger: 96,000 stored data (about 26 hours continuous acquisition)
  • DeltaLog13 software for configuration, real-time acquisition, data download, graphical analysis and final report tables
  • Manual start/stop button on the instrument, which also activates the LASER pointer
  • Connection to PC through the CP24H cable (M12 to USB-A)
  • Aluminium alloy housing with rubber protection sleeve
