Overview

The Senseca TP3501 is a natural ventilation wet bulb temperature probe with a Class A Pt100 sensor, a Ø 14 mm x 110 mm stem and a 50 cc water reservoir, giving 96 hours of autonomy at 50 %RH and 23 °C. It connects through a 2 m cable with a 4-pole M12 connector and is supplied with two spare cotton wicks and 200 cc of distilled water. With the HD35EDLWWBGT data logger, together with a globe thermometer (TP3575TC2 or TP3576TC2) and, in sunlight, a dry bulb probe (TP3507TC2), it is used to calculate the WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) index according to ISO 7243, one of the indexes for assessing thermal stress in warm environments.
