Overview

The Model CA-6 Sulfate Analyzer is an automated online monitoring system designed for continuous water testing through automated sampling, reagent mixing, optical measurement, and result processing. Its dual-enclosure design features two lockable compartments, keeping the top electrical section (housing the power supply, controller board, and touchscreen) completely isolated from the bottom liquids section (which contains the pumps and colorimetric reaction cell). During testing, the analyzer performs a smart reference measurement after adding initial buffers to cancel out background sample color, turbidity, and reagent interference before reading the final sample concentration. Between test cycles, the system automatically drains and thoroughly rinses the reaction cell to prevent cross-contamination and ensure accurate, reliable results.
